Medical Billing

Our claims experts will examine and review all super bills received from the provider. Utilizing our billing software, we will then file all bills electronically to Medicare, Medicaid and all other insurance carriers according to Federal and State guidelines. Medical Coding

Our coding team will review patient’s medical records and super bills to determine the correct procedure (CPT) or (HCPCS) and diagnosis (ICD-10CM) codes used for physician services according to National guidelines. In the event corrections are needed and made we will notify the provider’s office to ensure patients file corresponds with our office database.

Assign valid CPT, HCPCS, Modifiers & ICD-10 codes from medical records and/or super bills
Ensure that all codes are current and active from providers and facilities
Research and initiate activity to resolve charges and coding issues, review difficult situations to determine the most appropriate codes
Expertise with coding trends [including NCD, LCD, and CMS guidelines]
Follows coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
